I HAVE NO BUYER OR SELLER ADMIN FEES! This is one of the main reasons I opened my brokerage because some national real estate companies like KW are charging even buyers an admin fee. Some agents who work for these companies will hide these fees in buyers closing costs that the lender charges the buyer for doing the loan. These fees can range from $175-250, and agents do nothing more for you.

My listings fee is 6%. If you’re a buyer that needs representation on a For Sale By Owner, most homeowners will agree to pay a 3% commission to your agent.

During our competitive market when multiple offers are in play it’s crucial to have an experienced negotiator working for you. In the offer to purchase a property there are skills a good negotiator uses and writes in the offer that can help a buyer win a deal!

The Kentucky Real Estate Commission provides all contracts as I am a licensed Realtor and member of the Heart of Kentucky Association of Realtors.

The Kentucky Real State Commission and the Commonwealth of Kentucky require various documents to be reviewed and filled out by our clients.
